1. The Union Cabinet has approved a ?3,706 crore joint venture (JV) between HCL and Foxconn to establish a semiconductor assembly and packaging plant in Jewar, Uttar Pradesh.
2. India's most decorated athlete, Neeraj Chopra, was conferred with the Honorary Rank of Lieutenant Colonel in the Territorial Army.
3. India has successfully tested its indigenous counter-drone system called *"Bhargavastra,"* marking a significant advancement in the nation's defensive capabilities against the growing threat of drone swarms.
4. India is set to launch its first manned deep ocean mission, *'Samudrayaan'*, by the end of 2026.
