It will enable mobile communication from anywhere via hand-held ground terminals. 2. Government of India and Asian Development Bank(ADB) signed 80 million dollar loan to help modernize Technical and Vocational Education and Training in Himachal Pradesh. 3. Goa Shipyard Ltd (GSL) delivered second Advanced Offshore Patrol Vessel (AOPV) to Sri Lanka Navy. 4.
