2.   Just about 1% of India pays Income Tax. Which out of these steps be taken to enlarge the tax base ?

(a)           Reducing the tax slabs

(b)          Creating software which will detect tax evaders.

(c)           Make the Income Tax nil & increase tax on goods and services.

(d)          Making it compulsory to buy or sell goods only on proper receipt books.

(e)           Or anything else
