1. 26th of Dec '22 will be observed as *Veer Bal Diwas* to mark the martyrdom of Sahibzada Zorawar Singh Ji and Sahibzada Fateh Singh Ji. They were martyred in Sarhand after being sealed alive in a wall on the 26th of December, 1704.
2. India & Germany have signed *Migration and Mobility Agreement* for easier access to study, research and work in both countries.
3. INC won the 2022 election held in Himachal Pradesh. The party won 40 seats out of 68.
4. BJP marked a victory in Gujrat elections winning 156 seats out of a total of 182 in the state.
5. India celebrated Navy Day on 4th December to respect the Indian Navy’s counter-attack in Operation Trident during the Indo-Pakistan war in 1971.

1. The IAF has achieved a 13.69% of women officers in its workforce, which is the highest presence of women officers among the three services of the armed forces.
2. China has opposed to the joint Indo-US military exercises being held near the Line of Actual Control (LAC), asserting that it violates the spirit of the two border agreements signed between New Delhi and Beijing.The 18th edition of the India-US joint military exercise 'Yudh Abhyas' is currently underway in Uttarakhand.
3. Indian Army is training dogs and Kites (Cheel), to identify and destroy the hostile drones. Hostile elements from Pakistan are sending drugs, arms, and ammunition to India through drones.
4. India & Malaysia joint military Exercise Harimau Shakti-2022 started at Pulai Klang in Malaysia from 28 Nov & culminated on the 12th of Dec 2022.
5. India & Australia conducted *Austra Hind* 22' military exercise in Rajasthan from Nov 28 to Dec 11.

1. India has jumped to the 48th position in the global aviation safety ranking by the International Civil Aviation Organization (ICAO). Four years ago, the country was ranked at the 102nd position.
2. Reserve Bank of India (RBI) has signed a Currency Swap Agreement with the Maldives Monetary Authority under the saarc Currency Swap Framework.
3. Asian Development Bank (ADB) has approved a $780 million multi-tranche financing facility (MFF) to expand and improve the metro rail system in Chennai.
4. The US State Dept has approved a sale of 428 million dollar in aircraft parts for Taiwan to help its air force amid the tensions between China and Taiwan.

1.The RBI has projected the inflation to come down below the upper threshold level of 6 per cent by March quarter of the current fiscal year.
2.India's foreign exchange reserves rose $11.02 billion, during the week ended December 2 as the central bank accumulated nearly $8 billion.
