1. China and Nepal have signed agreements on the feasibility study of setting up train lines between the two countries & power grid connecting them.

2. Japan's Suzuki Motor Corporation has announced that it will invest around Rs 10,440 crore to locally manufacture electric vehicles & BEV batteries in Gujarat.

3. Govt of Australia has announced a landmark investment package worth $280 million with India. This package is expected to help in furthering the bilateral economic relationship between the two countries and to also support businesses and jobs.

4. India has launched it's first green hydrogen based advanced  fuel cell electric vehicle (FCEV). The aim is to create an ecosystem for such vehicles in the country.

5. As many as 63 out of the 100 most polluted cities in the world are Indian, as per the World

 air quality report 2021. India's capital Delhi has been named as the world's most polluted capital city in the world.

6. India has achieved its ambitious target of $400 billion worth of goods exports for the first time ever, nine days ahead of schedule. This is a key milestone in the Aatmanirbhar Bharat journey.

7. Indian Oil Corporation has bought 3 million barrels of Russia Urals oil & 2 million barrels of West African oil. Earlier this month, IOC bought similar volumes of Urals from Vitol.

8.  Russian forces dropped two "super powerful bombs" on Ukraine's Mariupol on 22nd of Mar. Zelensky also accused Russia of deploying phosphorous weapons, which spread a powder that ignites when in contact with oxygen & causes severe burns.

9. India has maintained its neutral stance on the Russia-Ukraine situation by abstaining from a resolution brought by Russia on the humanitarian crisis in Ukraine. The resolution was not adopted by the UNSC as it only got 2 yes votes from Russia & China.
