Chief Economic Advisor Arvind Subramanium recently said to boost the country’s GDP from 7.6% to 8-10% India needs to bring in rapid exports in the manufacturing & service sector. He also voiced concerns over talks of scrapping non-immigrant H1B visa for professionals by the Republican presidential candidate Donald Trump, saying such a move would impact export-led growth.
