India, the 4^th largest startup community in the world, wants to create a very friendly environment for entrepreneur to start its business. This will raise 2,50,000 jobs by 2020. The detail plan will be unveiled by Dec 2015. Govt. is planning to bypass many laws, reduce the 22 different laws into a 2 page Startup Act as also to give tax incentive.
