China led $100 billion multilateral,”Asian Infrastructure Investment Bank” (AIIB),came into existance with 50 founding countries signing the agreement.

This is designed to finance infrastructure in Asia & is opposed by USA & Japan

The voting share will be 26.06% for China, 7.5% for India & 5.92% for Russia.
