The Govt aims to set up 660 One Stop Centre’s (OSC’s) across the country to offer medical, legal & psychological aid to women affected by violence under a scheme funded by Nirbhaya Fund. This scheme was set up since 1st April 2015 onwards, after the scheme’s successful implementation, 160 more OSC’s will be set up by April 2017.

View: This scheme was launched to facilitate services like medical aid, police assistance, legal aid, psycho- social counselling & temporary shelter to women affected by violence, which would bring security to the victims.
