1) The Prime Minister of India Narendra Modi has launched the campaign named Catch the Rain' on the occasion of World Water Day. The virtually launched campaign will go on till November 30. The main aim of the campaign is to encourage water conservation at the grass-roots level through people's participation.

2) The World Air Quality Report, prepared by Swiss organisation IOAir Mentions that 22 of the top 30 most polluted cities globally are in india. Delhi has been ranked as the world's most polluted capital city followed by Dhaka (Bangladesh), Ulaanbaatar (Mongolia), Kabul (Afghanistan), Doha (Qatar). Bangladesh has been ranked as the most polluted country followed by Pakistan and India.

3) According to trade data released by Reuters (International News Organisation), the United States surpassed Saudi Arabia as India's 2nd Biggest Oil Supply in February, 2021.Iraq continues to be India's largest supplier despite a 23% decline in purchases to a five-month low of 867, 500 BPD (Barrels Per Day). India is World's Third Largest Oil Importer & Consumer.

4) Dr. Harsh Vardhan, Union Minister for Health and Family Welfare, has been appointed as the chairman of the Stop TB Partnership Board. It's Aim: to eliminate Tuberculosis.

5) Finance Minister Nirmala Sitharaman has introduced the National Bank for Financing Infrastructure and Development Bill, 2021 in the Lok Sabha. The bill seeks to establish the National Bank for Financing Infrastructure and Development.

6) The International Day of Happiness was celebrated on March 20, 2021. The day is observed every year across the world to mark the importance of happiness in the lives of people.

7) Afghanistan Foreign Minister Mohammad Haneef Atmar's visit to India assumes considerable significance in the light of the Joe Biden-led US administration's fresh approach to the Taliban peace talks, which includes a larger role for New Delhi.

8) India won the first Odi against Eng by 66 runs which was held in Pune.

9) The Indian Space Research Organisation (ISRO) has successfully demonstrated its free-space Quantum Communication for a distance of 300 metres for the first time in India. It ensures unconditional data security using the principles of the quantum mechanics on the basis of Laws of Physics.

10) Russia has successfully launched 38 foreign satellites for the 18 countries into orbit after the successful launch from Kazakhstan.
