India’s top judges are on the way to establish commercial courts to ensure speedy settlement of high value business disputes; the bill for the same has already been passed & approved by the President. Also the CJI has passed the‘five plus zero’ scheme to ensure that the 5 year old pending cases are taken up on a priority basis & brought down to zero.

View: This step will decrease the workload of judges, which in turn will reduce the pendency of cases.
