The govt is set to roll out the Pradhan Mantri Awas Yojana, for rural housing programme. The beneficiaries are based on the socio economic & caste census (SECC 2011). The housing scheme will be linked to swatch bharat abhiyan to ensure toilets in each house & also with the MNREGA scheme to provide wages for the beneficiaries.

View: Implementing this scheme will make the other schemes work simultaneously, thereby making the ‘Make in India’ campaign successful.
