The Road Transport & Highways Ministry, in the month of February has  approved 37 highway projects worth Rs. 34,000 crore. The projects includes the construction of 8 highway projects worth Rs. 6,000 crore connecting 6 states which are Punjab, Jharkhand, Madhya Pradesh, Rajasthan, Himachal Pradesh & Orissa.
