India is ready to produce & export combat version of the Hawk aircraft being manufactured by HAL. It is set to roll out the first batch of planes by Feb 2017. IAF has ordered 20 Hawk aircrafts & Indian Navy is planning to purchase 17 more.

View: This will make India a self-reliant nation and will also strengthen the defence forces. Further this will finance the Make in India scheme by increasing the economy.
