India is in the process of setting up a Nuclear Liability Fund with a corpus of Rs.2000 crore. Under this law the operators of Nuclear Plant will have to pay a 5-10 paise  per unit of electricity sold to the fund

View- This fund will help the government in case of any nuclear accident in the country.
